Reason For Error:-

One of the following reasons may cause the error:
a. The data card is not properly connected to PC.
b. Other program is using data card.
c. You do not have the authority of the administrator.

Solution :-

1. Connect Your Modem Properly
2. Close The Dashboard If it is open

ERROR CODE 19 :-

Reason For Error:-  Error 19 may caused if the other application or service is using your modem.

Solution :-

1. First of all close the dashboard and disconnect internet connection
2. Open Task manager >> Processes and kill HWDeviceService.exe, DCService.exe and   MobileBroadband.exe, UIExec.exe ( UI Assistant Service )
   

UPDATE FAIL ERROR CODE 16:-

Reason For Error :- Error Code 16 Update Fail caused because some error occurred during the upgrade or your modem is not support the firmware version

Solution :-  We can solve the error code 16 by just try to update firmware again and if it is not solved we can not use that firmware version with Modem.

ERROR CODE 10 FIND PORT FAILED:-

Reason For Error :- Error Code 10 Find Port Failed can be caused because the application port is used by another process

Solution :-

1. Connect Your Modem Properly Driver Corect
2. Close the Dashboard and Try Fix Error Using Mobile Doctor

DIFFERENT C VERSION. UPDATE IS FORBIDDEN
