How To Update Yuneec Typhoon Q500 4k Firmware

Instructions To Update the ST10 Transmitter Firmware

  1. Have your microSD menu and slide it into the SD adapter and plug information technology into your figurer.
  2. The ST10 firmware update which you downloaded earlier will be in a zipped folder.
  3. Unzip the folder. It will create a folder chosen “Firmware” and “update.zip”.
  4. It is important

    to extract the “update.zero” file.
  5. Likewise the firmware certificate includes a folder called “tx”, which should never be renamed as this contains a very important file chosen the “st10plus_tx_b32.bin” file.
  6. Copy the “Firmware” and “update.zip” onto the empty microSD card. Copy them directly onto the microSD card.  So don’t create a binder on the microSD card and copy them in there.

  8. Turn on the ST10+ Remote Controller, then select “System Settings” and click OK on the warning.

  10. Scroll down and select “Radio Control Update”.
  11. Select both the TX file and the RF file.

  13. Next click “Update RF”.  When completed click OK.
  14. Click Finish.
  15. Next, select “System Update” and click OK.
  16. The update volition take about 1 minute and so the ST10 controller volition reboot.
  17. Cheque the “Build Number” to meet if it is now at the latest version.
  18. Remember, to switch off the ST10 and remove the microSD menu.
