Business relationship is locked out
is grayed out and unchecked, then the account is not locked out.

To Unlock Local Account using Command Prompt

1.

Open up an

elevated command prompt
.

2.

Enter the command beneath into the elevated command prompt, and press
Enter. (run across screenshot beneath)

net user "user name" /active=yeah

   Note

Substitute

user proper noun

in the command higher up with the actual user proper name (ex: “Brink2”) of the locked out

local account

you want to unlock.
