Phantom 3 Advanced After New Firmware No Signal With Drone

I have a relatively new P3A that I haven’t flown in several months. This morning I started information technology upwards with no problems, only noted that on the DJI GO app screen information technology stated that my firmware for both the remote and drone needed to be updated (makes sense as I haven’t flown in a while). I did the RC update one.nine.2 through the DJI GO app (unproblematic enough), and then downloaded the drone firmware update 1.eleven.20 and installed on drone (with no issues). When I re-started the RC and drone after these 2 firmware updates, I get the post-obit: Camera does not piece of work (tin can’t see on DJI GO app); rear blinking yellow lights with constant red lights on front of drone; DJI GO app says in cherry-red at superlative of screen, “Remote Controller Point Weak”. Appreciate any help whatsoever every bit I’m definitely a newbie at this. Thank you then much! -matt c. |

Hey Natalia, yes, even later on restarting the RC and aircraft several times, I proceed to become the same issues: Camera does not piece of work (can’t see on DJI GO app); aircraft rear blinking yellow lights with abiding red lights on forepart of drone; DJI GO app says in blood-red at pinnacle of screen, “Remote Controller Point Weak”. Hello. Attempt downloading the firmware from the DJI site. I had same result when I upgraded the firmware. It was resolved when I used the SW from the DJI site. |

Howdy mattskiii, thanks and so much for providing the pictures. You are recommended to re-upgrade the firmware and then endeavour the connection again, please make sure the firmware update success and the remote controller firmware should be compatible with the aircraft firmware. |

When I try to re-upgrade the firmware, information technology is unsuccessful, stating that latest firmware is already on drone. Is there a way to rollback the firmware, so try to re-upgrade? Thank you. |
