***update***per the recommendation from this company, i returned the original cam and received a replacement. Replacement cam is working flawlessly. I didn’t have to update the firmware on the replacement cam to get it to recognize the 128gb carte. Besides clarification says that information technology volition take up to 128gb branded retention card. Manual says up to 64gb and the 128gb samsung card i bought and stuck in will not recognize.
