No, it only shows up with the “Play” button, and launching it from said button, does the same matter. I even went equally far as to purchase (again) the master collection, even though i already own the game, now i own 2 digital license, which did not prepare the power to be able to “Sign In” to the main screen. It just pops up with the epitome
i’ve ran out of options of what to do. i run a bedrock server for my kids and i have to use their systems and their accounts to make sure information technology even works when i update it. And it is owned:
I have:

Reset the app
-
uninstalled/reinstalled the app
-
used powershell commands to reset it
-
used powershell to reset the windows store: wsreset.exe and all that

verified xbox app and xbox companion app are installed

tried the “sign in to xbox game bar” trick to no avail

downloaded xbox insider and opted to beta (which i cant keep because of server)
-
given upward
EDIT: Minecraft Dungeons doesnt work anymore either, just an countless loading symbol…

every bit the title suggests, i already own the Minecraft Windows 10 edition from the x market place/shop.
I’ve owned the game since long before MS bought Mojang, and I imported my “license” to the MS Store version using my Mojang credentials a few years ago when the MS acquisition was made.
The 10 editions has been working merely fine all the way upwardly until about a week ago when (i dont ever play the x edition) i launched it to test the bedrock server i recently wiped for my son.
The windows 10 store says i own information technology. Here are the steps i’ve taken so far and attempted:

i have also uninstalled the game, and the only pick the store gives me is “install” because it says “You own this game.” It shows the toll on the search result, but when clicking it, information technology just, after a 1 2nd delay, shows “Install.”
Whatsoever suggestions? and yeah, i restarted after every “solution” i tried.
what “may” be causing an consequence, still, is that i recently changed my Microsoft business relationship e-mail address from one gmail account i accept, to some other gmail account i have. Although all my shop licenses nevertheless appear, this is the only item that is having a problem. My xbox live account works merely fine with the new e-mail address, all of the games appear, they play, my friends tin see me playing games on my gamertag (new email attached), and my Xbox app is signed into my account.
Ironically, the Minecraft Windows 10 does (afterwards reinstalling) bear witness the “Sign In” button on the lower left, all the same when pressed, just shows up with “Buy Game” the same as clicking the “Unlock Game” in the center carte.
I’m at a loss here, considering i host the server and demand to exist able to get into information technology..
