Have you lot installed all the drivers after upgrading to Windows 10? If not then I would suggest you lot to visit the
manufacturer website
and download and install all the drivers Please bank check if in that location are whatsoever awaiting Windows updates and install them also.
You may as well run the in-built troubleshooter and check if information technology helps. Type control panel on the search tab in the chore bar>blazon control panel> on the search tab (top right corner)>type troubleshooting> on the right>click on view all>choose hardware and devices> follow the on screen steps.

I’ve got aforementioned problem with epson lx300 printer driver installation in windows 10. Tried ‘hardware and devices’ troubleshoot but no success.
Checked epson website for commuter working for windows 10. But they they don’t don’t take 1 yet.
Any other solution?

Try the following. Worked for me. Get to device manager. Click on ports(com & LPT). Right click on Printer Port. Click on backdrop and and so port settings. Check enable legacy plug and play. click OK. Hope information technology works for you lot.

Hello, I missed YounusUR ´southward tip on enabling legacy plug and play setting for the port. For me I had to choose
EPSON LX Series 1 (80)
driver. Here´s the process that worked for me (translated from spanish in case the captions are not exact):
– Command Panel
– Devices and printers
– Right click the printer/printer backdrop
– Advanced options
– New commuter
– Wait for the EPSON 60 Serial i (80) commuter

hello. have acer V17 nitro -black edition. discovered my HP has added my Epson in his proper noun… like a confusion in the port… I removed hp and also removed USB print… I didn’t recognize it. I restart windows. I found in Epson support drivers for win 10, download named LX 300 II – ESC/P. I installed it. I restart windows. Then I open command panel in printers section and connect Epson and win recognize it and install as Sixty 300 Two – ESC/P and works!!!. this is the link to download drivers http://esupport.epson-europe.com/ProductHome.aspx?lng=es-ES&data=CsPXnmXYL5bhJi0ybuTucWyq4hJbvaMGHd7RmJaL3UcU003D&tc=6. …..also has a toshiba satelite AMD, can non fix it… the problem to me is … information technology is setting a printer in LPT port, can not remove it from the port… to me is the same a confusion with port. I can change the printer in LPT only can not remove information technology … always display a printer in that location
