With the embedded controller in AHCI way you shouldn’t see any messages about a not HPE drive

Once y’all download the package, run the installer on Windows System.

It will excerpt to default folder or one can provide another location.

It volition open a webpage in browser. .

Attach an USB Pollex drive to your arrangement and select HP USB Key Setup Cosmos Utility and Launch it.

Information technology will format the USB Pollex drive and volition install the necessary files to it. Follow the instructions.

One time the USB is consummate, attach it to the server and boot the server from the USB key.

The firmware will be deployed for LO100 on the organization.

if i follow the steps i’yard at the usb key creation it gives me a device media is wire-protected whil the usb is empty

So i formated the usb to ntfs and it got it working and now my server saud Command or filename not recognized

I accept update firmware about intelligent provisioning on my ml30 gen10 and when i press f10 on boot, it shows all time it is existence updated and then reboot organisation. I cannot to admission intelligent provisioning menus.

Later this i have tried from usb boot intelligent provisioning v3.30 and now when i press f10 it doesn’t try to boot only doesn’t shows annihilation.

Any idea?

I’m currently having issues booting into Intelligent Provisioning, I’ve attempted to re-install using the recovery media (v1.71) and had no luck. Each time it attempts to re-install I’m met with ‘Error flashing the NVRAM’.

From there, I’ve used the service switch with reboot which hasn’t inverse anything along with flashing the NVRAM via the ILO.

Within the ILO when I check the ILO health I can run across; “Controller firmware revision 2.10.00 Embedded media initialization failed due to media write-verify exam failure”.

Finally, I’ve installed the latest SPP available to come across if this would fix, simply also to no avail.

Any help would exist profoundly appreciated.

I have a
ProLiant DL20 GEN x
server using Windows Server 2016 Standard Os. The server has two NICs.
iLO is configured with IP Static: xv.10.254.eleven. So in Windows
Embedded LOM i Port 1 with IP Static: 15.10.254.12. Everything went smoothly. Later I connect the LAN cable to NIC two (Embedded LOM 1 Port ii),

the cable is Unplugged
. I call back perchance a bad LAN cable. Simply after checking, it turns out that the

I just purchased an HPE DL360 Gen9 E5-2620v4 1P 16G Svr/Tv set server and I would honey to know what the warranty entails and what the warranty covers. I checked the HP support website and it was non really articulate and detailed. I would beloved to see more of what it covers. I would dearest to get more information if information technology covers the motherboard, the hard drives, the power supply units and much more.  Expecting feedbacks

The iLO does not need to be disabled for NIC port 2 to be utilized.  A host having multiple NICs on the same subnet is a bad thought for multiple reasons.

i has a “special” DL320 Gen8 v2 server in our lab which i tin non start the intelligent provisioning tool. I see a blinking cursor but after 10s the machine starts to boot from other devices (cdrom,hdd…)

I read a lot in the forum how i tin can flash the nvram but this did not piece of work for me either.

A allready upgrade the SSP on the blade machine and install the last ILO version 2.27.

– I endeavor to wink the NVRAM by Recovery Media (HPIP171.2019_0220.23.iso & HPIP163.2016_0720.i192.227.iso) both of them fails with the same message – NVRAM Flash failure.

– flashing the NVRAM by HPONFCG Tool (hponcfg – linux) the reset command (-r) works fine for me but did not solve the trouble.

– flashing NVRAM by HPONCFG and XML file stucks after command was typed and executed a temporary xml config file will be created but then nothing happens afterwards

– manually installing the provisioning version from rpm manuelly in linux works simply did not solve the trouble

Is there annihilation i can try more than or do i have to assume that the ILO Chip is broken?

Please endeavor reflashing IP. If the issue persists, you have take to supercede the system board for which you will have to log a example with Hpe.
