Not recommended for tourist especially if they don’t empathize Indonesian language or the way things work in Indonesia because evidently most of the reviews are most paying more than than the app. But if u do empathize indonesia so this app is good for u. one of the worst client service i’ve ever seen
had a couple problem on using the app, and contacted the client service several times. The get-go few were crude the person helping was just rude and not helpful, and this happen more often than not. The final straw was when i submitted a ticket about one thing and suddenly it got closed with a solution about a different problem. When i tried to reopen it the ticket get closed instantly and stating the problem has been solved, which it has not. And the reopening process happened several times afterward that im merely dont with gojek, terrible services, confusing interface, a boatload amount of promotion which is simply annoying. Fifty-fifty the “benefits” are non beneficial at all. Grab “tiers” give more “benefits” which actually rewards you for using Catch more oftentimes rather than gojek incentive of just cashback and “benefits”. In one case again as time passes gojek just become worse and worse on all fronts its trash app rework and do improve screening on your employees.
