Download Bluetooth Driver for Windows 8.1
Hi,
This issue occurred when the data in the registry for the device and its driver take been damaged. It tin be also caused due to an outdated device driver.
Method ane:
I suggest you to uninstall the Bluetooth commuter from the device director and install the latest driver for the device from the manufacturer website.
Step 1: Uninstall and Reinstall Bluetooth Driver.
Please follow the steps given here to uninstall and then reinstall the Bluetooth driver.
a) Press
Windows

First of all thank you for the reply.
I tried method 2 first, because information technology couldn’t find a new windows eight.i commuter beginning. Really method 2 did not piece of work out, because the key you specified is dedicated to a cd-device which is not installed anyway.
This pb to method 1, where i searched for the normal windows 8 driver on the manufacturer website. For now this seems to piece of work, equally i can apply my bluetooth keyboard again. I hope this volition be the case for the future, simply in case the problem comes upwards again i take at least an idea of how to solve it again.

I have the same problem! What driver do I need to download? Would it be a system commuter? I’m not as well sure on the names and things and I don’t want to uninstall something if I tin’t replace it. I’yard not a techy, just demand a little aid!

Thanks. I had this problem. Uninstalled the driver, rebooted. Device manager now showing a different commuter (in fact a pair) and the Bluetooth works.

Have a like trouble if the Bluetooth device is off then the Bluetooth drivers are not loaded. if I turn on the device win 8.one doesn’t meet information technology. and there not Bluetooth device in device manager. I tried troubleshooter only information technology doesn’t run into Bluetooth. I restarted the Bluetooth services but no luck. only if I leave the Bluetooth device on and restart then win 8.ane encounter and pairs the device and the Bluetooth drivers appear in the device manager and troubleshooter says everything is working correctly. and the device does work. it’s really strange. the Bluetooth worked neat before the upgrade. I’ve updated drivers but still not luck. hope someone figures this out.

hy bro the same problem also occured in example of mine .and then plz suggest me how to solve the problem (my bluetooth device connectd for a few seconds so i donot able to connect mah bluetooth headset)

I tried Method ane but after uninstalling that device and removing the driver, it is not appearing in device manager. I tried installing bluetooth driver from manufacturer’south site simply it can’t complete-it shows ‘no bluetooth device connected’ message.Everything was fine with Windows eight.
I utilise Lenovo and drivers for Win 8.one are not available at Lenovo’s site.

I had the same problem with my Toshiba Satellite. Later on much work doing things suggested, with no avail, I tried something on my ain. I went to the Device Director and double clicked on the Bluetooth device to bring up the properties. Under driver, I disabled information technology, waited a few minutes and so abled it. Than brought up the Bluetooth in PC Settings under PC & Device Settings. Information technology plant my Apple mouse and several other Bluetooth devices.

If a maker does not provide Windows 8.1 drivers check with their support and forums. If
needed effort using the latest driver versions available.

Try this :
Turn OFF the Bluetooth device.
On Computer Charms Bar -> Settings -> Change PC Settings -> Devices
Agree the Power Push button on the device for 8+ seconds until the BLUE light starts to flash.
Device has entered pairing mode – on figurer click “Search for Devices”
Install or update drivers if needed though Windows eight/8.i volition have many.
If paired -> Command Panel -> Sound – Playback Devices – set as Default if desired.
