It’south my own personal torture. Well I tin can definitely say for sure that this new firmware has reduced my ping by just a few ms. 2.xvi.4 just downloaded at midnight for me. Prior to this, my pings to my VRAD or wherever the gateway is that’s listed on the broadband condition page, were 22-25 ms and at present they are 18-nineteen ms. So hey thats a fleck of improvement. |

There are definite improvements in my neighborhood since my firmware update: * My ping times went down from 22 ms to 5 ms. OK. That concluding one wasn’t an improvement, merely I’chiliad overdue to pay my share. I’ve been paying $50/month for 5 years. (gateway, taxes, and HBO Max included.) I’m guessing that HyperGig volition exist offered, soon. Nosotros have competition in my neighborhood: Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T Fiber so that would explain some of it. |
