Does this ROM support NFC? I have installed this and am currently giving it a whirl, merely it does not seem to have NFC because the quick setting tile for NFC says “unavailable.” Am I missing something?
I need to switch to some other ROM but because I need NFC, but I am willing to give Pixel Extended another go once the issue is resolved (if it is indeed an event, that is).
One more thing: volume downwards push button + power push button gives you a screen capture, but Pixel Extended does not give you lot the pick of turning it into a scrolling capture. It’due south one of those things —- I did non know about scrolling screen capture until recently, only one time yous go the taste of it, not having it feels very inconvenient. Telephone call me spoiled.

Oh, I would like to mention this too. The FM Radio app supports the band 76.0MHz and upwards. That is bang-up news for someone like me who is from Nihon, considering that’s exactly the frequency Nihon uses. The Xiaomi’southward stock FM Radio app only supports 87MHz and up or something, so with that, there are a few stations I cannot selection up. I do not listen to radio at all in ordinary times, but I would definitely like to exist able to if there should be a large-calibration natural disaster.
I know holding the spacebar allows me to change keyboards, however, the keyboard I alter to (Ridmik keyboard on google play store, used to write Bangla) does not practise the same. Then I am basically stuck in that keyboard, and cannot shift back to gboard unless I uninstall the app.
Is at that place any settings already available for this? I tried third party apps but all of them crash.
You can take scrolling screenshots, later taking a screenshot y’all’ll meet the “capture more than” button. This basically can give you a scrolling screenshot.

Institute ane problems:
In some parts of the UI in certain applications, and in some images, the motion-picture show/or UI becomes abnormally tiny, to an extent where yous cannot see anything. So far I’ve found these two examples.
- When I click on any image in Reddit (not but the post, the prototype) (1st screenshot). This besides didn’t happen in other ROMs or devices. This does not happen in browser style either. Saw someone reporting this for PixelPlusUI A12 besides, any trouble with Pixel Experience?
Workaround (non set up) for this upshot described here- Update: This also happens with the imgur app
- When I utilize the
Selection to Wake
app, the settings UI gets besides modest (Screenshot given, second screenshot). This did not happen with previous ROMs while using the aforementioned app version. I suspect this might accept place for any other app using an older UI instead of the modern UII did non change any “spacing” options in settings.
Is this fixable from settings or some bug? Kindly set up this if its a bug

i. The proximity sensor sometimes goes off even when I am non using any phone apps, and thus the screen turns blackness when I have a manus in front of it. This sometimes results in some weird behaviors such as screen repeatedly turing off when in a zoom meeting (even when I do nothing). Can you set it in a mode so that it will only work when in a telephone phone call/messenger call/Whatsapp call (or whatsoever other type of sound or video call)?
2. The keyboard often turns black/dims for a short time when I hit the spacebar. Can you delight wait into that? UPDATE: Information technology only happens in some apps similar facebook, AND if I touch at the very bottom. Resizing keyboard pinnacle, making gesture bar visible etc. could be a solution just for at present I guess I’ll try to not touch also low.
Another thing: When I prepare “show effulgence control in QS tiles”, the brightness bar’due south icon is white even when I am in nighttime mode. Tin can yous make this the nighttime colour or is it a base of operations feature? Its not that much of a big event
All the same great work! Really liking information technology over the stock rom that I was using, and all the bugs in my previous stock rom are resolved hither.

This is incredibly fast and makes my phone feel brand new again, this time a lot faster.

Is there a good “official” port of a gallery app, which grants me access to the gallery immediately? I miss old galleries similar the 1 from samsung devices or Miui. I demand to tap “gallery” in the google photograph app in gild to become to my stuff and its really abrasive.

Should I update gapps from the Play store or I should keep them at the version they are?For example updating the Recorder app results in the transcription characteristic non working like information technology did initially, so I had to uninstall updates.

Thank you for your assist man. Too, why wouldnt y’all want to update your Gapps? Didnt have any problems updating Gapps. Recently installed Pixel Extended on some other device and it works without problems.
