I’grand lamentable if this is a bit late to the party, simply I would like to offer my help on this matter.
I picked up a CanoScan LiDE 200 scanner from a austerity shop and am using the Windows 8.i 64-scrap drivers on my laptop which runs Windows 10 Pro 64-bit ver 1709 with no trouble here. That’s not to say I won’t see problems.
I got my commuter
here.
However, another thought, regardless of scanner, you may have a take a chance of getting an “orphaned” scanner working with a bundle from
Hamrick Software. Information technology direct supports the LiDE 200 scanner. Some scanners may require the scanner’due south vendor’s own driver, so you may be out of luck depending on the scanner.
I tin say that it does work with the LiDE 200 I accept, but so does Canon’south Windows viii.i driver.
Hope this helps.
