I am also using CMCC ROM and I tried to flash the phone with the latest WW version of the Android Due north ROM, using SP Flash just when I tried to import the scatter.txt file from the latest ROM, SP Flash does non recognise it. Notation: I did this on a chinese ASUS PEGASUS three X008 with CCMCC_Phone-thirteen.0.0.25 firmware.

Only flash the firmware with SP FLASH TOOL.

You will lose the IMEI, after the flash simply it’s very simple to restore them. Remember to take note of the IMEI numbers before flashing.

You can restore di IMEI number with SN_Write_Tool_v1.1728.00

MD1_DB = Modem_Database_lwg

I tin can’t help you with the NVRAM. I never did this operation.

corvo4791, Thanks for the link to a ROM that could be flashed using SPFlashTool. After installing the ROM, I attempted an update to Android N and while the phone detected the .Nix firmware file, upon reboot, it failed half way through the update (during the screen that shows the green Android robot). I am not sure if this is due to the phone’s series number being wiped when I ran SPFlashTool (it wiped IMEI but I was able to restore those). My question to you is did y’all have to restore your serial number?

Hi thx for info, so I managed to install the new software and update to Android 7.0 merely honestly ane thing left, I placed IMEI simply MEID tin can not exist placed. I did non find whatsoever working solution how to change MEID in the updated device. Whatsoever ideas?

Did any of you face the problem with baterry after this update? After some fourth dimension my baterry is not charging till 100% but stops charging at 94% (not possible to charge more than). I updated phone to the latest nougat version.
