Asus Tuf Fx504 Stuttering Problem

I have the very same kebobrokan with this notebook like this user: https://www.reddit.com/r/ASUS/comments/ekk3hq/asus_tuf_fx504_gaming_laptop_screen_flickers/

If there is some new update, the screen gets flickering after update installation. I was repairing it always with complete computer reset to the manufacturer, but now has Windows new build 1909 update and now I can’t repair it with any drivers from Asus site and full system reset doesn’t work too. I tried to flash older windows with build version 1903, but still not working. I’m sure it’s not a hardware bug.

Can you please help berpenyakitan with my komplikasi?
