My laptop is HP Pavilion G6 and graphic card is AMD Radeaon Hard disk 6470M.

My graphic card was disabled since Junly 2015.

Do you retrieve I should buy a new laptop?

First, thanks for your reply.

I go back Windows 8.i a few days agone (and at present, Microsoft recommend me to install windows 10 at system tray).

The error bulletin that I receive at the time of blue screen error:system thread exception non handled.

This message appears when I install the commuter in compatibility mode (windows vii or 8).

I tried utilize driver for win8.1 to install on win 10 because the driver for win 10 have no “switchable option”.

Info for my laptop:

HP Pavilion g6-1002tx Notebook PC

Model: LN336PA
Serial: CNF1173MPB

I had already tried latest firmware driver form HP (and some older drivers).

I too update all the organization drivers (eg: bios, mouse, wifi, touch pad…) from HP website.

I thentired and I will don’t try anymore.

Now I experience smug with windows viii.1 🙂
