Perkembangan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang
sangat pesat. Seiring dengan perkembangan jasa konstruksi, perusahaan – perusahaan
konstruksi berusaha untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan berkompetisi untuk
mencari metode – metode konstruksi bangunan yang terbaik agar dapat menyelesaikan
proyek dengan biaya yang optimal. Beberapa metode tersebut antara lain metode pelat
lantai konvensional dan metode half-slab. Sistem konvensonal pelaksanaan
pengecorannya dilakukan dilokasi sedangkan one-half-slab pelaksanaanya meliputi proses
produksi dilakukan di tempat khusus, kemudian dibawa ke lokasi proyek untuk disusun
menjadi satu kesatuan struktur yang utuh. Didalam pelaksanaannya metode pelat lantai
konvensional terdapat beberapa kekurangan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang lama,
kontrol kualitas yang kurang baik serta membutuhkan banyak bekisting dan pekerja.
Sehinga terjadi pembengkakan terhadap biaya proyek, sedangkan system one-half-slab
dapat mereduksi jumlah tenaga kerja dan kebutuhan bekisting sehingga dapat
mengoptimalkan biaya proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel
perbandingan dari metode pelat lantai konvensional dengan half-slab, dan untuk
mengetahui kinerja biaya dari kedua metode tersebut pada proyek pembangunan rumah
dinas anggota Puslabfor Bareskrim Polri. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah studi
dokumentasi dan metode analisis harga satuan pekerjaan (AHSP). Studi dokumentasi
adalah metode yang menggabungkan pengetahuan, buku-buku, dan pendapat para ahli.
Hasil penelitian berupa variabel-variabel perbandingan dari metode pelat lantai
konvensional dan one-half-slab. Analisa harga satuan pekerjaan diperlukan untuk
perbandingan biaya dari kedua metode ini, data yang diperlukan berupa RAB, gambar
kerja, dan peralatan kerja. Hasil perbandingan biaya dari metode pelat lantai
konvensional dengan half-slab didapatkan untuk metode pelat lantai konvensional
membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. v.119.661.255,00 sedangkan pelat lantai one-half-slab
membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. four.654.970.667,00 dengan deviasi sampai dengan 9,07
%. Dengan menggunakan metode pelat lantai half-slab dapat meningkatkan kinerja
biaya proyek.

The evolution of construction services in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid
growth. Forth with the evolution of construction services, construction companies
are trying to win the competition past competing to notice the best edifice construction
methods in order to consummate projects at optimal toll. Some of these methods are
include conventional floor plate method and one-half-slab method. The foundry
implementation of conventional system is in the location whereas the implementation of
half-slab includes the product process in a special place, then taken to the projection
location to be arranged into unified whole structure. In the implementation of
conventional flooring plate methods in that location are some deficiency that are takes a long time,
poor quality control and need a lot of formwork and labors. So that resulting in swelling
of project costs, whereas the half-slab organisation tin can reduce the amount of labor and
formwork and so that can optimize projection costs. This study aims to observe out the comparing
variables of conventional floor plate method with one-half-slab, and to know the cost
functioning of both methods on the construction project of the Puslabfor Bareskrim
Polri official house. The analysis method used is documentation study and analysis of
work unit cost (AHSP) method. Documentation study is a method that combines
knowledge, books, and opinions of the experts. The results of the research are the
comparative variables from the conventional floor plate method and half-slab. Work
unit price assay is required for the toll comparison from these two methods, data
required is RAB, working drawing, and work equipment. The toll comparison effect
from the conventional flooring plate method with half-slab obtained are, for conventional
flooring plate method costs as much Rp. v.119.661.255,00 whereas the half-slab floor plate
costs every bit much Rp. 4.654.970.667,00 with the deviation up to 9,07%. Using the half-slab
floorplate method tin can meliorate project cost performance.
